Yes! If your order is a gift, or you simply want to feel super special for the day just let us know and we will pass this onto the designer, we will also throw in a card or handwritten note. All free of charge.
If you don’t know your finger size don’t worry just message us on the email below with your address and we will pop a free ring gauge in the post for you.
We offer sizing guides on most of our product pages but just get in touch if you’re not sure.

Yes. We all change our mind from time to time. Just get in touch with your order number and we’ll arrange a refund.
Shipping & Deliveries
As soon as your order is placed we will send you an email confirming your order number, you will then receive an estimated shipping date and another email when your item is dispatched. We like to keep you in the loop.
UK delivery is estimated to take 3-5 working days from order and International delivery is 7-10 working days. However, this is subject to product availability as some items are made to order and will therefore have a longer delivery schedule.
Sometimes things can get delayed. If you simply feel like you’ve been waiting too long for your order, we can help. Just get in touch with your order number and we’ll sort it.
UK delivery is free on all orders.
International delivery (anywhere other than the UK) is free on all orders over £150 and £10 on all other orders.
